GAS PROCESSING
Manesco supplies various process technologies for gas handling in chemical and petrochemical plants, natural gas plants as well as terminal and storage facilities.
We provide cost-effective, safe and reliable gas generation and purification plants for hydrogen, oxygen and nitrogen. In natural gas conditioning, we offer absorption plants for drying and the simultaneous reduction of the hydrocarbon dew point. And for nearly all polymer applications, nitrogen is used as purge gas stream or for drying purposes.
These technologies are accompanied by customized compressor systems, which are used in upstream and downstream applications, such as gas transportation and storage, refinery, chemical, petrochemical and industrial gas sectors.

PETROCHEMICAL
Manesco Oil & Gas supplies licenses and process plants for a wide range of products.We specialize in elastomers, polymers, polyethylene, bisphenol A, polycarbonate and glycerin, for example.
Elastomers and polymers can be found in a number of daily applications and in many products with high elasticity. Just a few examples include tires, footwear, building components, pipes, electrical cables, car components, sealings, household appliances, textiles, paper coating, packaging, pharmaceuticals and aviation.
Polyethylene is one of the most common materials in our daily lives and accounts for more than 1/3rd of the total volume of world production of all plastic materials. From a chemical point of view, it is a basic plastic used as a raw material to be transformed into a range of finished goods, from the very basic to the highly sophisticated.
We also offer technology for bisphenol A and polycarbonate for major applications in the electronics and automotive industries.
Glycerin is a green feedstock in the petrochemical industry and is used to produce propylene glycol as well as epichlorohydrin (ECH), an intermediate for producing epoxy resin. We offer specialist technology for the complete production process.
